Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (except Skincare and Haircare items), you may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging for a full refund less shipping charges.
Please email us within 5 days of the delivery date to obtain an RMA number.
We require the following information to process your RMA.
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- Order number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise
No returns will be accepted without RMA number.Shipping charges on returned products are non refundable.Once we receive a return from you, we will credit your account or we will mail you a check less shipping charges.
There will be a 30% restocking fee for all products returned, if the merchandise is not returned in its original condition as it was received.
Return Carrier: We recommend that you return via a carrier with a package tracking system, such as UPS, please do not return via US postal office. We do not issue refunds if your return package is lost in the mail.
Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.Due to our low pricing, no returns will be accepted after 5 calendar days of delivery date.
Tip: inspect your order after you receive it, so you have 5 calendar days to decide whether to keep it or return.
Damaged Merchandise
If your purchase arrived damaged, please email us immediately.
All claims against the carrier will be made by us, you must keep all contents and packaging, failure to keep all contents and packaging will result in the non-payment of claim.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Cancel your order
Due to automated order processing and warehouse systems, once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled, the customer will then be responsible for shipping charges in the event of a return.
Orders not received
We will pursue a claim with UPS on your behalf that UPS didn't deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit your card.
Claims on orders not received
You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.
